Also, that "cut" in the video is too bad to ignore. If I were judging I wouldn't pass it. Also also, I spoke with @Ben Helmsand he showed me that a few if his 3.5's have the same stamp location on the bottom of the handle. So may e its more common then i thought. Id suggest tgat anyone that doesnt like this cert should email Randall Strossen and bring it to his attention. -

[b]Friday[/b] @ Powerhouse. Feeling strong like bull today. Pumped etc. Took my time [u]Close Grip Bench Press[/u] to 185kg/407lbs x 5 x 1 rep (the 2nd flew up). Only asked for a spot (not needed) on rep 1 [u]Low Iso Lever Row[/u] to 135kg/297lbs x 6 reps [u]DOHTBDL[/u] to 199.5kg x 1 rep. First time in a year doing thick bar deads etc etc and I can still do almost 200kg/440lbs lol -

Volume Bending Day (yesterday, I’m forever a day behind on the updates😂) Pretty straightforward 10 5/16”x170mm 303 SS from Online Metals. Every American who veers from the bending shops only path knows that Online Metals stock is always hard af!!! I experimented with new foot positioning for the kink and think I liked it. Felt just as powerful but more mobile as well, so hopefully big things!!! Given that it was ten tough shortened shinys, crush got tough as they went along, but never was really in trouble which is nice. Also, even though these weren’t bolt heads I experimented with a crush pad style I think will work well on bolt heads, time will tell!!!
