Heavy Bending Day!!! (Yesterday, of course) The bends were dialed back a tiny bit (basically Q instead of R). This was the setup session for next Mondays 6.5” 10.9 cert attempt, but I finally got my hands on a Horrido Ghost bolt so had to sneak it in as my cordura bend even though it’s only 5.5”. Started with two 60ds and a 1/4” g5 in my preferred black corduroys then time for the Ghost Bolt!!! 8mm x 5.5” mystery bolt in IMPs. Very nice bend with a smooth 6 hit cadence, then a final extra crush hit just for the camera 🤣 Next I made a small mistake and a big mistake 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I should’ve done a 170 mm bastard and shiny next but in my post ghost bolt excitement forgot all about them and went straight to two 170mm Qs without an ounce of respect for them. I botched the kink on the first one, something I never do, but I’m working on a new stance so it’s forgivable but made the bend way too hard for what was supposed to be an easier session. But whatever, I just blamed the botched kink and onto the next Q without absorbing the lesson that it’s still a hardass bend. Had a good start and then oh no it got stuck😂😂😂much too much fighting later I think I learned my lesson that Q has a lot of fight at 170mm and can’t be taken lightly!!! Onto three 170mm Edgins … or so I thought, at this point i saw the bastard and shiny lol so they went first and then three smooth edgin bends to salve my wounds from the Q humblings! Finished up by crushing the last half inch of last weeks FBBC Big Monster Square, that was hard but we made it!!!    Onward to a week of chill workouts, or so I say now😂 Bonus!!! On Saturday I was at a kids bday party at an orchard and did a cool leverage lift with 2x6 scraps from picnic table repair! Double Bonus!!! My bendsport canada Amarok bend in a single red cordura was approved so now I’m the first 5x Hall of Famer in BSC history🎉🎉🎉  

Thanks guys. I know once I get to the show I’ll get a 2nd wind.   staying as far away as possible from the mosh pit though, got stuck in one last year and I just wanted to start throwing punches I hate that crap.

In that case @CruxGripman, I can really recommend the Kuwana blobs. I have the KWN40, 50, and 55. They also have a cert list for the KWN50 and above. I've certed on the KWN50, and they even sent a nice signed cert document (I'm not sure if they would send it outside of Japan though)
