lifesnotfair Posted January 2, 2007 Share Posted January 2, 2007 Hey, I think I downloaded a video on that Farm Strength site, of you trying to NS a #3, and you got to about 1/8" or 3/16" at most, from what I could guess. That video had a date, and it was like 2002 or so..... Did something happen to you? Or has it really taken 3-4 years to just be a couple of milimeters closer on that gripper??? I find that there is naturally some lean to the loaded side of the body when doing one hand lifts., the way to correct this lean is to strengthen the core.
