Hey, I think I downloaded a video on that Farm Strength site, of you trying to NS a #3, and you got to about 1/8" or 3/16" at most, from what I could guess. That video had a date, and it was like 2002 or so..... Did something happen to you? Or has it really taken 3-4 years to just be a couple of milimeters closer on that gripper???

I just plain suck at grippers. On top of that, I have a hard time staying motivated to train them. Those are two very difficult things to overcome in training.

How do you stay up right when doing 1 handed snatches.. I tried this earlier and I can't seem to stop leaning towards the side of the dumbell at the time I start to swing it up towards my head

The snatches were with a barbell.

I find that there is naturally some lean to the loaded side of the body when doing one hand lifts., the way to correct this lean is to strengthen the core.

I'd only do pulls with bands, if I had my form down 100%.

Climber was the first person I heard of doing these, guess the guys at my weightlifting club were kinda oldschool.

Helped masons move a couple tons of block. Literally. Loaded it on to and off of the elevator 1000 lbs per floor....6 floors...canceled workout. Hands dead tired, posterior chain fried, need food....

Kind of easing into the volume here. Going to work with a given weight until I hit 10 solid lifts with no misses.
