Lot of volume, tore a chunk out of my thumb webbing. I'll need to shim the 45's up some to get much further. The band I'm using still has quite a bit of tension on it. I broke out the old D&D dice and created a random workout generator. Conditioning options are numbered 1-100 roll 2d10. Weight vest/blindfold options are 1-4 roll 1d4. "You know it's hard to believe.
