Haven't trained grip. Picked up some tendon soreness in my fingers. Not sure if it was work or what. So, I'm laying off for a while.

42 reps in 16:46

Can anyone say stagnant? Sure I knew you could. Gonna flip back to a WSB type thing for pressing....

Double Blob Deadlifts

Blob Overhand Toss

3 sets to failure with 42.5

Slim Lever

3 attempts with 10 pound sledge

Lever to Nose

3 singles with 10 pound sledge

Club Swinging

Easing back into some grip training.

Excellent question.

Strength goals...Load a 400lbs pound granite sphere in my truck (have done a 300), Farmer's walk 400lbs per hand for 100 feet (have done 280 per hand), Press the Inver Stone (have pressed a 180 stone), Total 275kg in an OL meet (Current gym total 170).

Grip Goals....Cert COC, Pinch 2 45's, One hand Clean and Overhead the Inch, Lever a 20lbs sledge

Long way to go on several of these.

Thanks for the answer. These are some great, but hard achieveable goals, especially the strength goals and the Inch Clean. I wish you a successful injury free quest to these. Most of the grip goals are achievable in 2007 for you, I'm sure.

While at work today, I got a muscle spasm in my righ tobliques, intercostals, and lat. I've got to get better conditioned before attempting smolov.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments on my goals. I'm aware that they are pretty out there, but I figure a guy might as well aim high.
