Thanks, Morgan.

Front lever: Arm is positioned like the midway point of a Hammer curl. I have one hand in the formulator with the cross bar vertical. Then I allow the weight horn to drop below the horizon, and then lever it back up.

Rear lever: arm straight at side. Again one hand in formulator. Weight horn is pointing down at ground. Crossbar is pointing to the rear like a weaver stick. Allow crossbar to drop below horizon and then lever back up.

Got both of those from the exercise poster from FHS.

Burkhard, Nothing serious. Chase Wade's record for weight added. Get repetitions in the overhand toss. Those are a long way off right now. I'm just getting back in the groove of lifting it. It had been months since I worked with it.

Good work with the blob! How long can You hold the blob in the lockout position? Just curious.

Do You lift a Blob50 or Your 50# York blob?

I've never tried a max time hold. I'm lifting my Blob50 not my old 50 pound York. My Blob 50 is clean and I train with it inside every morning, my 50 York is very dirty...wife won't allow it in the house.

Pouring rain, trained inside shed. Farmer's dead felt easy which is good. And I was just out of it mentally after that first set on the Formulator. Gonna drop down in weight and move up slower.
