Sean Dockery Posted May 24, 2006 Author Share Posted May 24, 2006 (edited) Thanks, Morgan. Front lever: Arm is positioned like the midway point of a Hammer curl. I have one hand in the formulator with the cross bar vertical. Then I allow the weight horn to drop below the horizon, and then lever it back up. Rear lever: arm straight at side. Again one hand in formulator. Weight horn is pointing down at ground. Crossbar is pointing to the rear like a weaver stick. Allow crossbar to drop below horizon and then lever back up. Farmer's dead felt easy which is good. And I was just out of it mentally after that first set on the Formulator. Gonna drop down in weight and move up slower.
