The inch silient negatives wherent best this week. I plan on getting some I think I can FINALLY move my gym to our work garage. We threw out a bunch of stuff and made room. Still have a little work. The think with the cushion it helps take some of the rotation out which for training can be beneficial. it was a nice bday. (not clean) My right really lags with this 10lbs sledge curls 12"x5 13"x5 13"x5 Rear lever 20"x5 21"x5 21"x5 neutral grip pull ups weighted vest (12lbs) ring row and ring push ups Chest Krusher 4 springs, different combinations ... Can't wait to get to 5 springs. Just moving one spring from top position to bottom makes it a lot harder Wrist plate curls 10lbsx12 12.5lbsx5 3 sets.
