Thanks John. Early bird gets the worm… and with the time change I’ve been getting up at 3:15am, I’ve had more time to workout. But that’s too early.

Thank you again, I try my best to be a good son, brother and grandson.

This is all I could get it down too. If if I had more time I’m sure I could have crushed it with IMP.

A nice way to end the day

every Thursday we have a few beers with some friends at our garage. One of them is my 84 year carpentry teacher in high school. How many people get to drink with their teacher?

TGU 55lbsx1 44lbsx1  35lbsx1 26lbsx1 35lbx1   all this was one non stop... Got my heart rate going

This was a very very tough workout. Got a call from my uncle at 2:30am... Grandma fell in bathroom... Rushed over there, as i got to 3rd floor, paramedics came with her and I went back down elevator...  I could tell she had a stroke. I told her I loved her and they wheeled her away.

All I know is they gave her a clot buster and shes in surgery right now.  She calls me every morning at about 6:15 when i'm working out and her phone call was missed this morning.
