Blacksmith513
@Kluv#0 they are actually form Baraban. I felt bad because of the beef between Horne has with Baraban and understandably. But I contacted World of Grip and they said they wouldn’t be manufacturing them for the near future. but yeah. I only use it for warm ups and at the end of a workout but it’s great for hitting the thumbs a little extra. I’ve heard stories of people doing too much and hurting their thumb so I tread lightly with it.

Blacksmith513
Calisthenics levering 14lbs @23” 3x3 wrist developer orange spring 1-1x5 both hands 1-2 5 both hands 2-1 5 both hands 2-2 5 both hands starting to feel pressure where stitches are so stopped here Chest Krusher 3 springs 3x7 horse shoe bender 2x2unbraced 3x2unbbraced 4x5 braced this was this spring 2nd position swings 10x10 55lbs tgu 44x5 each side *edit* for anyone interested in the horshshoe bender. I've found its key to move up and down with the springs... As you get stronger you move the springs down and add them... But you lose a range of motion.. So then you gotta go back for awhile and then move up again and hopefully open it more. Its very expensive and I don't know if helps with horseshoes but I think it's got a unique way of working your upper body. Kinda 2 steps forward 1 step back. cool down grandma turns 83 today... That means I gotta go get her some pot gummies! Edited October 6, 2022 by Blacksmith513
