Would have liked to have done more, low energy today and doctors appointment early.. Got a cyst on my scalp.  Then we have court one last time this afternoon.... Then it wont resume until probably next year unless the Judges next case ends early.

Also proud to say I joined the bloody wraps club!

Thanks John. It was a lipoma.  A non cancerous tumor or something. Got it removed and stitched up. Nothing too physical for the next week.

Please do and same goes for any grippers here.

No rowing today, not sure how to handle this. What I got removed wasn't a big deal, but I still technically had a tumor removed from my scalp.... First thing surgeon said was no working out for a week, the doctor pulled me aside and said "listen get it done today, these guys make a big deal out of this stuff, i'd still go golfing today if I was you".  Golfing is a little different than bending steel or lifting the inch.

I just don't want to tear my stitches and hinder the healing.

Thanks, if you’ve noticed I try not to miss any weight days and hardly miss cardio either.. if I do I double up next day.

I’ll just do something light tomorrow and go from there. Stitches come out Friday. I thought I had a cyst, it’s what my primary care Dr. said. Luckily I went because it was infact a non cancerous tumor.

Cut out all other lifts except what grip.  and did only 1 rep with RGT opposed to 3.. For some reason i was not feeling the RGT today and didn't want to push it. This week I told Jedd I'd like to dial back a little and maybe not bend. I don't want to bust stitches, especially on the scalp.

Funny you say that. I keep my gym equipment and massive guitar collection at my parents house still due to tiny apartment.  But I’m moving my gym to our work garage which is below my apartment.  Needed my moms help to take bandage off this morning. You can see my Vulcan gripper in my hands and the inch in the background.
