today is my sisters 40th bday party. Can’t believe my big sis is 40.

90s theme and I wanted to be Monica Lewinskys infamous blue dress but it would probably offend people. Not that I care.

instead I found a old business shirt of my pops from the 90s so that and a DARE ruler.

That’s pretty cool. The dress would be funny. If you offend people that’s their problem not yours. Sounds like you’re gonna have a great time and happy birthday to your sister.

Crusher deadlift

109x2 112x2

NN2” thumbless deadlift

224x1 228x1 232xmiss 230x1

NN 3x4”

110x3 112.5x3 115x3

FBBC inch 126lbs silent negatives

left missx3   X3    X3

right missx3   1,miss,1.  1,1miss

Strandpulling

bent press with 20 and 25lbs plates… I really like adding these

weighted calisthenics

I feel i get better hand positioning wit my short loading pin. The inch silient negatives wherent best this week. The object is to lower it making no noise into couch cushion but had to give up the cushion to a guest sleeping on the couch.

so I used a flat pillow, better than nothing.

Thanks. I plan on getting some I think I can FINALLY move my gym to our work garage. We threw out a bunch of stuff and made room. Still have a little work. The think with the cushion it helps take some of the rotation out which for training can be beneficial.

it was a nice bday. Didn’t do much, will go to a steakhouse this weekend.

Strandpulling

Bent press with 20lbs plates, 25lbs plate and 35lbs plate

Plate curl

Left 20lbsx5 22.5lbsx5 21lbsx5.

I did 22.5lbs pretty clean but it hit my fingers HARD so I dropped for last set

Right 20lbsx5 22.5x3 21x5. (not clean)

My right really lags with this

10lbs sledge curls

12"x5 13"x5 13"x5

Rear lever

20"x5 21"x5 21"x5

neutral grip pull ups

weighted vest (12lbs) ring row and ring push ups

Chest Krusher 4 springs, different combinations ... Can't wait to get to 5 springs. Just  moving one spring from top position to bottom makes it a lot harder

Wrist plate curls

10lbsx12   12.5lbsx5 3 sets.    ( used a clamp on other side of plate vs pinching them and this really hits the fingers much harder).  good to mix it up

Just because I had a few extra minutes

Levertop

pronated holds 25 lbs

supinated holds 35lbs

good workout... thinking of ditching the sledge curls and rear levers in place of something else.

Looking 👍 good

Thanks John. I don’t train for looks at all obviously but lately a bunch of people have said I’ve gotten bigger. I’ve put on almost 30lbs now. I’m about a 12 pack shy of 200lbs
