ChrisJames
Hello Cannon, I am only relaying what happened in our training session. If you would rather me not include Nathan's workout because of gripboard rules i will. I don't mean to upset anybody , its only my training log. I'm not claiming anything just describing a training day, you are or anyone else are quite welcome to our next one. April 19th Tuesday Press off racks... Up to 145k x 2 x 5 sets Took my children and the dog into the forest , we chopped a tree down (about 50 feet) then i dragged down the side of the mountain and then managed to shoulder it and walked 100 yards to the resavoir. The kids then used it as a raft and had great fun !! Good workout and managed to get the children off the Playstation!!
Cannon
Chris it's no problem. I was trying to reign in the slippery slope of claims like those of Bath, and not as much what you witnessed first hand from a certified #4 closer. Also, I was selfishly trying to flush out a video because this is something that almost everybody in the grip world would absolutely LOVE to witness. As a personal appeal to all things holy in the grip universe, please take a camera with next time you meet with Nathan. Keep up the hard work! climber511
Chris - I remember seeing pictures of Nathan and him being pretty thin. On another board I read where he is now 230# - can you verify? It doesn't matter to the feats of course but the Holle's are such "below the radar" people, it would be interesting to know more about them and their training these days. lifesnotfair
Thomas Inch cleans .. 5 singles WHERE IS THAT VIDEO CAMERA!? :bow :D :rock Your latest videos (a few months old) had tremendous quality! I sure hope you can show us an inch clean with the same video quality. I know this isn't your priority but man that'd make me and many others so happy! Your strength is unreal. How can you even grip a 48kg and 24kg in the same hand and swing them!? Now that I think of it, that's worth of a video too!! Hell, I'm starting to think that your warm-ups are worthy of videos.... lifesnotfair
Ahhh Chris, it seems not all three handles are in your fingers, right? I mean, one of the KB's is just through your wrist but not in your hand per se, right? Still, that's some massive weight! And you're kinda moving it with your shoulder and not your hips as you're supossed to, which is even MORE beastly. LOL! :rock What a beast. 8 year old daughter? Kids today are better with technology than their dads! Just tell her what button to press when you're doing your Inch dumbell cleans Chris !!! If you show us that video I promise the entire board will go nuts.

mbcx6pmw
Chris, there seems to be a lot of variety in your training, do you follow a routine or is it more of an instinctive approach?
