The last one was close to Jon Coles routine , Mr Cole , was one of the strongest of all time . His combined powerlifting and olympic totals are the highest of all time and he only weighed 280 or so. The biggest I have seen a photo of, is David Horne using a very similar weight, but I can't remember how much. If you get 200kg on this lift would it be some kind of record?? Never been there before , the place is massive , where every conceivable weight and machine can be found. Incline press .. up to 220kg ( 480 lbs) x 3 singles , upped my game a bit , lots of muscle monsters watching ! Seated shoulder press .. up to 182.5kg (400 lbs ) x 3 singles Bent over rows ... up to 220kg x 5 x 2 sets Flexs' heavy d/bell .. weighing 110 kg (242 lb) x 10 x 3 sets , it hasn't been moved since Flex used it last. I did not use straps or chalk.
