First time I have ever deadlifted 500 alone in my garage felt good if everything goes well at my Son Light power meet in two weeks my attempts will look like this;

fourth-525 which would be an all time best deadlift at 51 years old.

Did Son Light power meet today in Ionia Michigan benched 415 and deadlifted State record 530 for masters 50-54, 275 pound weight class. Here is my lift.

I joined this race with the intention of pulling 700lbs. I´ve had a few setbacks since then (partial muscletear, lower back problems and so forth) but now I seem to be back on track again. If I don´t do anything stupid I will pull 300kg soon again and then the hunt is on for more.

I pulled 260kg*2 last night, with a belt. I could do 280kg*2 without a belt around this time last year (did it in competition) but I´m getting there.

You will get 500 you were so close that probably you will get next time you try it. Just rest up keep doing what you have been doing and you will spank that bitch like its yours. Do you do stiff legged deadlifts, these seem to help me out quite a bit.
