Hit a big pr in holding it without any assistance from the other hand with a slight tilt for about 6 seconds. Got about an inch of air with it too. You're a freaking animal Wes!!! Nice PR! First couple held it at the 1/8'' mark for a couple seconds. Didn't count the total, but it was quite a few. Tried doing some wrist curls with an oly bar (135) but these hurt my wrists like a mother. From now on it's behind the back WCs. Did 135x10, 155x10, 155x10 but didn't finish because I had to go into town. I'll do them again tomm. If regular wrist curls hurt, you should experiment with different hand positions on the bar: wider hand positioning could help. Give it a try. Wes Posted November 23, 2006 Author Share Posted November 23, 2006 (edited) Thanks for the advice Teemu, but they are still preetty painful., Did a bunch of the BTB WC's top set was 185x10, supersetted them with rebverse curls, wrist rolling on a 2.5'' pipe (weight was 70 lbs, distnace rolled was around 8 feet high). Sorry about the bad typing, but my hands are shaking too much (I'm not kidding ).
