Aaron, have you been sick or what?

No he told me he just decided to stop posting for a while for some reason. Also, right now he's in Yosemite camping so I doubt he's doing much.

Ok, I'll post tonights workout. I felt like crap before the workout, all achy and sore and weak. But I decided to go for it anyway.

1x 7x5/16 SS Square FBBC (about 7 minutes to 1 3/4, quite painful I bruised up my hands some on this one.) PR

1x 7x9mm 12L14 CRS (first time trying this stuff. from the feel I bet it calibrates over 600#. tougher to kink than the 5/16 SS Sq)

Thanks Gary! I'm a little sore today, but I felt better after the workout than before. They do seem to be helping a bit though. I'm looking forward to bending with some caffeine again. Havent had any since I did the KOAB about a month ago.

Amazing workout Aaron. Great Vbar pulls those are way above where you were previously, keep it up man :mosher. Some crazy bends also, a sub mag hex, that's ridiculous.

Totally forgot to congratulate you on the BIG vbar PRs man! Going from 225 to 270 is big stuff. I think you'll go 300+ at the contest then with some adrenaline. Not on your life will I show you my fabulous secret vbar technique though. I'm going to be losing badly enough as it is.
