Its a home made Leverage wrist curl device like a peg or formulator. mine has more leverage though. its 18" from back handle to the weight mount.

1x125 BH

1x135 BH PR LH

1x145 BH PR LH

1 attempt 155 RH pulled to 1foot, then full DL touching the plate with 1 finger PR RH

then did DB curls and presses with same 2 3/8 handle DB

Have you quit doing weights?

Or have you just stopped loging your gymwork?

Ok just saw that you did some curls and presses...

Amazing bending!

I havent quit doing weights. I have just been too much of a slacker to get up early and go to the gym. I'm getting married in 5days and the prep for that has been taking up my normal gym time. I will get back in there after the wedding.

Earlier today I did some scrolling with some .203 303 stainless rod to make some napkin rings for the wedding rehearsal. I got a pretty decent workout just from that.

Workout tonight.

Grippers were going nowhere quick. my forearms feel baked. I think I am overtraining a bit. Time to back off a bit

#1, #2, Easy #3 RH, close miss LH, 3 reps Filed Hard #3 RH

Bending the way my forearms are hurting I probably should have called it a night. Oh well.

7x9/32 CRS

7x5/16 12L14 round

7x5/16 Hex stainless ( felt softer than the last stuff I got in hex stainless. have to get it calibrated)

7x5/16 Hex 12L14 ( this bar was calibrated at 415# for 7" )

5.5x5/16 Hex 12L14 ( this bar was calibrated at 415# for 7" )

6.5x11/32 CRS isos at 4 3/8 it moved to 4 1/4

8x11/32 CRS isos at slight wobble

9.5x1/2 6061 Aluminum prekinked to 6 3/4 Isos

10 reps chest crushes with Hard #4

Now my forearms feel like they have been hit with sledge hammers. :mosher

Thx. No 6061 is a tough aerospace alloy. I have crushed down a piece at 10"long prekinked to 7" but it was a fight. the 9 1/2" one just flexed but didnt move. its pretty nasty, but I am sure it will not snap.
