Amazing bending! I havent quit doing weights. I have just been too much of a slacker to get up early and go to the gym. I'm getting married in 5days and the prep for that has been taking up my normal gym time. I got a pretty decent workout just from that. Workout tonight. Grippers were going nowhere quick. my forearms feel baked. I think I am overtraining a bit. Time to back off a bit #1, #2, Easy #3 RH, close miss LH, 3 reps Filed Hard #3 RH Bending the way my forearms are hurting I probably should have called it a night. Oh well. 7x9/32 CRS 7x5/16 12L14 round 7x5/16 Hex stainless ( felt softer than the last stuff I got in hex stainless. have to get it calibrated) 7x5/16 Hex 12L14 ( this bar was calibrated at 415# for 7" ) 5.5x5/16 Hex 12L14 ( this bar was calibrated at 415# for 7" ) 6.5x11/32 CRS isos at 4 3/8 it moved to 4 1/4 8x11/32 CRS isos at slight wobble 9.5x1/2 6061 Aluminum prekinked to 6 3/4 Isos 10 reps chest crushes with Hard #4 Now my forearms feel like they have been hit with sledge hammers. - Aaron Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
