underdawg
Great workouts john! Like Anson said we got to get together some days. I would like to try that sled pull. Sounds Fun. ← I hate the sled pull ← The sled is your friend! Just as long as you don't mind Jello-legs.

underdawg
I'll set my rings low (about where I would for dips), get in the top position and spread my arms as far and possible and then hold for as long as I can. Then I'll run a mini band between the rings and use it to deload my weight and do a few holds. Doesn't take many sets before I'm smoked. underdawg
They're brutal, just brutal. Fri. 10/28/05 Worked out at Anson's. Did axle deads up to 310, with several reps at lighter weights, some sandbag conditioning, some bending (him much more than me), and some wrist work. Mon. 10/31/05 Not much at all. Did do some gripper work if you count filming the GM 1 certification. Got a little wrist work in too.

austinslater
Ive just started doing handstand pushups in different variations and I love them. How do you like the twist-yo-wrist? Is it worth the investment? thanks in advance buddy austin
underdawg
The handstand pushups are great. If you haven't already make yourself some paralletes. They will make them even tougher. I made my twist-yo-wrist, so I've only got about $5 and 15 minutes investest in it. I really haven't used it a whole lot, and I don't know why. I think it's a really good tool for strengthing you wrists without the stresses on you hands that sledge hammers give you.

daveb
Cool workouts Jonathan. What kind of reps/sets do you do for the bridges? I've read where they are great for the spine and am going to start doing them sometime early next year, but am not sure how many I should do.
