Thanks Nick. I'm still tweaking it a little to try and figure out how to make the most out of what little time I have to workout.

Another late start. Realized we were out of clean bottles, so I washed some while my wife fed the baby. The scalding hot water does warm up the hands nicely though.

I really enjoy the variety of exercises in your workout log.

Looks like with them One arm DB presses the inch will fall

in 2005!!

Thanks Paul. The inch is the eventual goal. I want to grow up to be just like Meat Loaf! I've got a ways to go yet though.

Mon. 12-27-04

Got together with Anson and Tyler (DLK). Did some overhead squats with various hand spacings (those clean grip ones are killer). Closed a few 3's, missed a few, scooted the blob around the floor some more, tried RT hangs (it was more of an abrubt fall), and broke a couple of pairs of cheap Family Dollar pliers.

Thurs. 12-30-04

Anson came over for some work. Did 2" bar Power Clean and Push Presses, worked up to a PR of 250 (adding a pic of the 240 lift to my gallery). Next we moved to the kegs. Picked up two yesterday. One is about 3/4 full of water, the other is about the same amount of sand, haven't weighed either yet. Did some cleans and presses with both. Finally got a clean and press with the water filled one with both hands on the same side of the keg. Then did some shouldering and attempted some snatches. Finally snatched the water filled one, but I had to muscle it up, so it doesn't count.

For grip stuff (as if it wasn't fried already) we did some spike bending and pinching (blob and plaates).

Thanks Jonathan, but I should have noted they weren't full pulls. I lift them with 2 hands then pass them back and forth. Still tough, but not quite as hard as a full pull.
