No, and I know this isn't smart.

I never had any issues when doing a balanced training in the gym.

Thanks for the hint Joonas, I'll include some exercizes like rowing or rev. butterfly from now on.

Today: Grippers lefty

#2 x 16

RB210 x 7, 9, 5

Grippers, right hand

12 x ez #3

P4 x 7, 4

E x 7, 4

MM2 x 8

very happy with the 7 reps on the P4 since it almost matches my former best (8 reps).

with the knowledge of the gripper calibrations I have a new list of gripper I'll try to walk through with my 10 reps program:

78,5kg #3.5

80,5kg #3.5

82kg #3.5

85kg #3.5

86,5kg SE

For sure I won't reach the SE but we'll see where I'll stop.

Fatbar: 60mm DB

Snatches

3 attempts @ 47.5kg, no success though I got it pretty high over the head. Limit is the hand, I can't accelerate the dumbbell fast enough.

DLs

67.5kg x 3, 2

Thanks Big T.

Yes, I AM looking at the MM3 cert later this year, but need to bring up my setting strength first.

Before doing this I try to boost my crush as far as possible.

Today working with the 60mm DB.

Did 5-6 'sets' with 70kg righty.

First was 3 reps, thats ok, the later ones were 1-2 reps.

Cheers guys!

@David, your #4 is still the ultimate test for me.

Once it closes in the PDA choker I'll go for harder goals with it.

Thanks again for letting me work with it THAT long my friend.

Yesterday a bench, abs and biceps session

Bench: Several sets up to 13 x 80kg.

Felt a better than the last time, shoulder isn't that much irritated any more.

I'm working my back shoulders now from time to time and it seems to help.

Biceps: Played a bit with the 60mm DB loaded to 25kg.
