Those have been worked out so now back to a regular training. Grippers right MMS 10xez #3 bracet set 10xn E 6 x E 0 x Flos #3.5 (~2mm off) choker work MM2 x 6, 7 thats pretty down compared to my peak strength (13 x E) but a good base to restart with. List looks like follows: MM1, MM2, Elite, P4, MM3, hard #3.5, SE Near time goal is 10xP4, best ever were 8. 08/12/2010 60mm DB right hand 1x65kg 0x75kg (very close) Some singles with 70kg. I still feel the shoulder I hurt about 4 montha ago but it feels like a soreness. I finally know the calibration of the hardest gripper I closed so far: Its a MM5 dud measured at 197#. Nice, though I'm not even close right now. 10 x ez #3 E x 10 P4 x 4 E x 7 MM2 x 10 MM2 x 9 Quite a jump from my last session but still a good way to my former best. Yesterday: Fatbar using the 60mm DB Tried to snatch it at 45kg but didn't feel comfortable in the low basement. So I succeeded only once, outside it would have been easier. Its still a goal to snatch the baby inch. + DLs 65kg x 5,3 I will use 67.5kg in the future workouts and I think I keep doing the snatches as well.
