Had only a few sessions the last weeks due to some severe health issues in the family the last two months.

Those have been worked out so now back to a regular training.

I'll follow my old approach with using a specific gripper til I get 10 reps with it, then using a hard one.

List looks like follows:

MM1, MM2, Elite, P4, MM3, hard #3.5, SE

Near time goal is 10xP4, best ever were 8.

Had a grip session with Martin last saturday.

We did grippers, pinch, blob, lever, fatbar.

Nothing special but enough to kill my crush for a couple of days.

Yesterday a small bench session at home with my former training parter:

Like 10 sets in total

Up to 15x60kg

a very careful workout. I still feel the shoulder I hurt about 4 montha ago but it feels like a soreness.

I guess there are some remaining contractions in the muscle tissue.

I finally know the calibration of the hardest gripper I closed so far:

Its a MM5 dud measured at 197#. Nice, though I'm not even close right now.

Yesterday: Fatbar using the 60mm DB

Tried to snatch it at 45kg but didn't feel comfortable in the low basement.

So I succeeded only once, outside it would have been easier.

Its still a goal to snatch the baby inch.

I will use 67.5kg in the future workouts and I think I keep doing the snatches as well.
