Cheers guys!

@David, your #4 is still the ultimate test for me.

Once it closes in the PDA choker I'll go for harder goals with it.

Thanks again for letting me work with it THAT long my friend.

Yesterday a bench, abs and biceps session

Bench: Several sets up to 13 x 80kg.

Felt a better than the last time, shoulder isn't that much irritated any more.

I'm working my back shoulders now from time to time and it seems to help.

Biceps: Played a bit with the 60mm DB loaded to 25kg.

Smart, to continue uping the goals with the #4 in a choker :yikes Keep going

Thanks David!

I have to take a couple of days off.

Doing the fat bar curls put to much stress on my biceps tendons last tuesday.

Ignoring the light pain I did grippers on thursday, just one set (4x#3.5) but gave up then due to lack of strength.

That one set was too much, the next day I couldn't extend my arm any more.

I did carry it all day long bent at 90 degress.

Today, after LOTS of massage and heat therapy, I still feel it but its far better.

Just a light pressure when its fully extended.

I guess its an inflammation combined with a cramped up muscle.

Franky, I think I've asked this before, but those are parallel, consecutive reps right?

Also, that #4 choker attempt is sick. Good work.

Matt,

those are consecutive reps but for sure under parallel.

If I had to guess I'd say somewhere between 1/2" and parallel.

But I'll check during the next session, then I can answer it more precisely.

Today: Fatbar 60mm DB

3x70kg

Just one set to take care of my right forearm.

Changed my workouts lately.

Currently I'm doing upper body work regularily on tuesdays.

I can't do grippers on those days due to tendon overload.

EZ Curls: 9 x 50kg

#3.5 x 5 R

Hard RB210 x 5 L

Yesterday an additional back and biceps workout.

Grippers, right hand

#3.5 x 3

Elite x 5

MM2 x 9

MM1 x 6

narrow Elite x 4

Sub average, still looking for a good schedule to do the grippers to avoid conflicts with the heavy

biceps work.

However, I did the first complete workout since weeks so thats fine.
