Sub average, still looking for a good schedule to do the grippers to avoid conflicts with the heavy

biceps work.

However, I did the first complete workout since weeks so thats fine.

Thanks Joefrey!

On Saturday another visit from Martin and another stupid session.

Did bending for the first times since maybe a year or so.

We went up to a 6" Red or so and abandoned to use crush down pads.

We also did grippers but I was way off, couldn't close the #3.5 with the 20mm block.

Of course I put so much load on my left shoulder that it did hurt again.

On tuesday an easy bench session to avoid any further damage:

5 sets with 60kg and 25-30 reps each.

Thanks guys, besides an abdominal influenza the days were perfect ... :whacked

Yesterday, still with the messed up lefty shoulder, another light bench session.

70kg x 27,27,24,22 = 100 that was the goal.

Usual sets were 20 x 65kg

1 heavier set: 8 x 85kg

01/10 Biceps

Many 20 rep-sets with 30kg on the EZ bar.

Could feel the forearms afterwards.

01/11 Grippers

MM2 x 6,4

pretty weak, prolly due to the biceps endurance workout yesterday

01/12 Bench

85kg x 20,20,15,8

Started ok but strength went down fast.

That will be another approach towards the 20x100kg.

01/13 Lat Tower

Couple of sets, mostly in the 20 reps area.

Still working on the 18th rep ... :flame

No grippers currently due to a sprained wrist but not a big issue.
