Did bending for the first times since maybe a year or so. We went up to a 6" Red or so and abandoned to use crush down pads. We also did grippers but I was way off, couldn't close the #3.5 with the 20mm block. Of course I put so much load on my left shoulder that it did hurt again. Could feel the forearms afterwards. 01/11 Grippers MM2 x 6,4 pretty weak, prolly due to the biceps endurance workout yesterday 01/12 Bench 85kg x 20,20,15,8 Started ok but strength went down fast.
