Hmm, that {12,10} setting on the Ivanko doesn't seem too far away. I put that one on my goal list too.

Lefty good, righty average.

Grippers

Right hand only, see below

0xFlos #4 (6mm off?) thats a harder #4 for sure

8xchoked MM2

0xIvanko (12,10,8)

0xIvanko (12,10,8)

Ivanko12,10,8_07062010_2.jpg

Those were lousy attempts on the infamous (12,10,8) setting on the Ivanko.

Can set that thing properly.

One of the better days.

In the coming sessions I'll train only one hand a day.

Matt, that 10x#3 is a set of 10 consecutive parallel reps.

Thanks Johan!

Yesterday I went for a fat bar session but my pinky felt numb prolly due to the Ivanko attempts.

So I just did one set with the 67kg Inch: x7.

The real Inch went up like 15cm.

Thanks again Jason.

Well Matt, to clarify this:

The reps are as parallel as shown in the 11x#3 video.

However: Its a pretty easy Elite around the actual MM1 (measured at 163#).

AND: I need a braced set to get that rep count out of it.

As I mentioned earlier my setting ability with my crappy left is far behind my crush.

Eventually I'll tape a set with this Elite using a MMS.

Still, Franky, I had no idea you were so strong on grippers! I guess I've never looked close enough at your log blush.gif

I plan to pay more attention and see what I can learn from this!

Yesterday: small fatbar session

67kg x 7,6

side note: tried the 60mm DB weighing 65kg and got it without much trouble.

Didn't train fat bar with my left for months due to a messed up shoulder so that was a bit surprising.

Today: Gripper left hand

Situps: 175,160,160,166

10x#2

3xez #3 (PR) very cool

1xGM (PR)

0xchoked MM2 (2-3mm off)

#2.5 x 9 (PR)

#2.5 x 5

#2.5 x 6

#2 x 10

very satisfying session.

I see you've had shoulder issues too! Hopefully you're back to norm. Apparently, it's not hindering your gripper work, haha - very nice on the last LH session! smile.gif
