Doing the Inch training now again without a belt, no problem.

Still the elbow needs some rehab work.

But honestly:

I tried this with the Inches and could hold the 67kg Inch without too much trouble in the lower position (as shown in the vid)

However the Inches are not suited to do the curls due to the narrow handle.

Anyway, I prefer going light with the full ROM.

motivated by Joefrey's vids I tried a choked #3.5 too.

So far I only used a #4 but never closed it though I came pretty close on a couple of occasions.

I used a PDA Choker (sits on the spring), the handle distance was 23mm (~0.9").

That was fun. I'll include the choked training for some time.

Yesterday the worst day of my cold.

Today it was much better so I decided to do some training.

Felt only a bit weaker in the bench.

Forearms were a bit stiff from the training session on saturday with Martin.

Lefty was better since I didn't do much fatbar with it that day.
