Then I went for a G8 and got approx the same kink. Afterwards some DO bending just for fun. Bent 5 Reds in a row and it was hard. Took me about 18mins or so. I'm really off in DO bending right now. So I: - used no towel - used a standard oly bar instead of the Apollons Axle (for better bar placement) - put the bar much further away from the neck - watched that my head is always up - focussed on my butt besides this I used a power belt this time since the good morning type squats of the last session had hurt my lower back a bit Furthermore I used mini sets of 3 reps, taking 3 deep breathes between each mini sets. So the total set duration was 1:50 min. But: After watching the vid I saw that many reps weren't as low as they should be even though I thought they were. Maybe due to the power belt?
