I think we got up around 211, nothing great, way below pr of 260 left, 255 right but thats an up and down kinda lift for me and I haven't been doing it much, need to find a way to train it all...

I think my #3's been working out.. My forearms were sore tuesday, wednesday, thursday from mondays workout.

Yeah, your right, it's been a rough couple of weeks for me. I have a steel ball, probably very similar to the fbbc bomb that I'm gonna drill and put an eye bolt through to train with. I'm also gonna make a mini inch dumbell for the kids, its gonna be cool. I have lost some weight though, and the pullups feel easier. I drove some kids from Bartlett to prom, they were great, the best group I've had, don't know if I mentioned doing a little limo driving on the side lately.

Sounds great man, one more thing, as you lose weight you should strap the equal number of lost pounds to your chest and stay stronger? And when I say strap I mean duct tape then you can help your self on two counts: hair removal and mental fortitude! :yikes

I like the idea of adding weight. I'm down to 225 now. My backs been hurting bad since friday, no workouts at all, been out of work, movies, ice, and pills, my kinda vacation, never had back problems so I expect it'll be gone and forgotten in no time. Today I hope to maybe hit some grip or pullups, might help to do something.

Wanna said that he would be sending out the MMG1 this week. I sent a check for our fees. The gripper is coming to me so we need to set a time to meet and then go for the cert. I will set up a video camera and bring it for the meeting. Hope you are ready. If not so what you might surprise yourself and hit that guy with full force and nail the MMG1 cert no problem. Let me know.

grippers: trainer x10, #1x10, #3 attemptx1, elite negx1, f#2 OCx1

chin up (shoulder width grip) 3x6

not happy with my gripper strength lately, rapid weight loss and lack of training hurts grip strength.. go figure.

I've gotta say that your reroofing seems to have hurt both of our gripper strength. I really though you'd have it, I was only worried that I wouldn't. Can't win every battle I guess. It was a definate wake up call for me to get my ass in gear and start training with more intensity and more frequency.

Todays training:

MM1 attempts x 2 or 3 :(

#3 attempt x1 :(

Rolling thunder/ Eagle loop Pullups (per side) 5,5,4,4,4,4 total: 26 pullups w/ 5x17 pushups total: 85

tore deck of aviators, 8# sledge to nose x5 <-- felt real weak here

Think thats about it, try some wide grip pullups friday I think..

Think you are the thinest I have ever seen you man. Looking all svelt in that suit no wonder we sucked it up at the gripper. Oh, and I did five singles on my replica today before I sent back the MMG1! Next time we rule the show, and next time I will give you proper notice. :D Great work on the pull ups man, liking all the variety with towel/ Rolling thunder pulls you are doing. :bow

I like being thinner, I get lots of attention from the ladies now and I gotta beat em off with a stick! I've been 155 at this height so I'm still huge compared to that. Gonna try the indoor rock gym soon I think. I was wondering what kinda drawing you are into, I love to draw, mostly sketches of random madness but it's a big goal of mine to have something put up on a wall somewhere with a price tag on it. I will be focusing on that alot more this year. I gotta get a drawing done for a freinds tattoo, and then onto the big project that makes me rich and famous..
