5 min warm up 20 rounds on C2.. 30 seconds on 30 off... average pace around 2mins for 500m... got down to 1:40 for a round or two... 10 minute slow cool down

10 minute yoga

off to mix 25 bags of concrete... Which is actually a great upper body workout.

Didn’t end up mixing the concrete, weather screws is up. But I got to carry tons of 5 gallon buckets of stone into a basement.

that’s a very good hand conditioner for steel bending. Take the plastic grip off the handle and hold it by the metal handle instead. That will toughen your hands up.

Yup, will be a while until i bend them. I don't care to certify, but how can you bend steel and not ever bend a red nail.

Exhausted this week, hardly got a good nights rest. Took a girl out last week, we hit it off, all set to go out again in a couple weeks, shes busy with stuff for her brothers wedding the this weekend and next.  But she works nights as an MRI tech so i've been staying up till like 11 texting with her and waking up at 4am.  I'm supposed to take another girl out this week but i really like this one so not sure what to do.

Went to a baby shower yesterday... was drinking by 11am.... I love my cousin but the only thing I cared about seeing someone open up yesterday was that 30 rack of Miller High Lifes..

Long story short,  I was not rowing anything this morning but did a very slow 45 minute session tonight plus 10 minutes of yoga.

He's only drove it in his yard... He bought the oil tanker about 20 years ago but it took him a while to find the proper COE... I think he bought two and did a chassis swap. He just needs to do the brakes and its good to got though. His garage is full of 32,33,34 Fords.

The plan is to sandblast it and paint it all black. Told him i'd help.

if you are ever in the area...

That tanker was used to fuel planes at Buffalo NY airport during the war. Its torpedo shaped, not too many around.
