Trained right hand only since the left hand is injured, left hand is doing quite a bit better so hopefully only out for another week or 2 Good session today, got a couple little PRs SG Iron 134 (38mm set) I followed this with 3 sets of 1 rep with a 25mm set coc #2.5 123 x3 (25mm set) SG copper filed 116 x3 (38mm) next small goal is to close 137 with a 25mm set and to close 134 x2 with 25mm set used a cheap light little plastic grip master for 100 reps every other set with the j hired hand every other set just to get some blood into the hand PR standard Iron RGC 134 (38mm set) -closed RH At first I didn’t think I had the close, but still shot showed I got the close for a split second PR Standard copper RGC 116 x3 (38mm set) #grip -

Three DU time-fails... FBBC KOASB, 7 x 3/8" stainless. I've finished a couple of them, but the recovery I needed between hits always pushed it outside the 5 minute window. These things never feel like they want to move and fight back the whole way. FBBC King of All Hexabastards, 7 x 3/8" hex 1018 CRS. I've finished a couple of these under 5 minutes, but off camera. Run the camera and go through the cert process, choke the bend 😭 Definitely a mental bar. Feels massive. I know I can achieve the peak force needed to move it, but that also takes 100% focus and technical precision. Under the limelight of the certification process nerves have gotten the best of me. Off-camera I've also put a Big KOAH to about 30 degrees. Hoping to seal this one soon. Horrido 12.9 bolt at 6.5". I've only attempted 12.9s at 6.5". I've punched myself in the face at least three times from either snapping threads (on a 7 x 5/16" grade 5) or from slipping my grip. Given the snap tendency of 12.9s, I just can't risk it. I literally can't go full power on a 7" bolt, my mind applies a governor, so I sacrifice by lopping 1/2" off the threads. This one took several sessions to finish. It's so damn springy I can feel it moving, but then it bounces back.
