Haven’t been posting (or reading y’all’s logs) much.  Still working out, just busy.     Going  have to stop the arm wrestling competitions for now as they’re tearing up my arms/shoulders and directly affecting my ability to workout.  Training isn’t bad, but full going at it on a table has been tough.  Daily training is more important as it directly affects my happiness and the wife has t been pleased lately 😂 In my quest to refine my gym to the least amount of good equipment, I picked up two of Rogue’s 24” x 18” x 9” rubber blocks.  70lbs each w built in handles.  Over the years I’ve built many platforms out of 2x4s and stall mats.  Just bit the bullet and got two (they’re so good I might buy two more).  Very versatile pieces - platform, step ups, carry, c&p, etc.    Today’s workout:  750m bike (DF130) & partial pull-ups/chins (all I can do right now w the elbow pain) x 10.  750m bike and max sets of ez bar curls and RT wrost curls x 10

oh you guys will find this cool:  a Tetting Thor was recently rated by Vitalik Sevko: it came to about 500lbs… so yea this means that not only World Class is the last “rateable” but a Galaxy can be too.  At your own risk of course.  k nerd - OUT.

Merle Travis heavily inspired Chet Atkins with his style of guitar playing “Travis picking”, along with Scotty Moore, who with Elvis invented Rockabilly. Les Paul helped create echo I believe with his song “How High The Moon”.    jerry Reed is Jerry Reed. He was in Smokey and the bandit. Eastbound and Down…  I could go on and on I’m a guitar history nerd
