BikeErg (DF120), Saxon block CC, 2.5” wrist curls/back pressure/side pressure, chins, two hand plate levers, bar hangs, pony clamp

Experimented with a two stage band set-up for the rolling handle.  First stage was a doubled over band for wrist curls.  Second came on strong for some back pressure holds.  Really liked it.

1000m BikeErg (DF120) and rotate the following: overhead band presses, pegboard pull-ups, 3” raptor wrist curls/rows, bar hangs, two hand plate levers, 1 x thick bar chin + hood for time at the top, 2” vertical bar holds for time (145x20sec), pony clamp on the bike

Great lower arm and back workout.  Forearms felt so good I measured them (lol).  First time over 15” (ever)

 

awesome meal afterwards as well

20k on the BikeErg (DF120), treadmill, DB incline presses, 3” CC wrist curls/rows, overhead band presses, two hand plate levers, Terminator wrist wrench holds for time, bar hangs (+45lbs), riser/pronation band work, pony clamp.

30 mins of bike and high rep lifting and 60 mins of treadmill and lifting.  Low and slow.  Last 24 mins on the treadmill I carried a 5lb loading pin front/rear lever style.  Swapped hands frequently, but didn’t put it down.  Made my hands and forearms feel outstanding

60 mins on the treadmill.  Lever carries and pony clamp while walking.  Figured out a new use for my magnetic DB plates - they fit perfectly on the end of an Ironmind Oly loading pin (what use for lever carries on the treadmill or bike

Did my first arm wrestling tournament today.  Won two out of four matches at heavyweight (no age groups).  Was a good time and learned a lot.  Got a sweet t-shirt, as well. LOTS more to learn.

Elbow is still sore, going to take it easy for a few days.

500m bike (DF130), incline treadmill while levering a 6.25lb Oly loading pin (all four ways to failure), 2 hand plate lever, pony clamp on the bike x 11 rounds.  5 mins of rice bucket after.

45 mins of BikeErg & 3” CC wrist curl intervals.  The rest: incline treadmill walking while levering a 6.25lb 2” hammer and lots of thumb work.
