Very interesting. . . I hadn't thought about setting a calorie parameter on something like this. I typically think of these calorie thresholds on the C2 rower/ski erg/bike. Hold do you factor in things like rest periods/pauses? Do you just start working, do holds, then get back at it when you can, all with calories running in the background?

Just gives you  another metric to always improve.

60 mins of intervals: BikeErg, incline treadmill, incline DB presses, DB military presses, KB gorilla rows, bar hangs, wrist wrench & one hand Saxon bar lifts. Some hammer leverages as well.

juat picked up a 6lb sledge (arguable the best weight for training) and a 4lb blacksmiths hammer (arguably even better as an all-purpose training hammer)

45 mins of intervals: BikeErg, chins, overhead band extensions, 3” Raptor holds (bent wrist, cupped hand), sledge levers, pony clamp (thumb).  15 mins of incline treadmill and weighted bar hangs

Messed around with some heavy dip belt holds (around the arm) as well.  Different feel than a regular hammer curl and allowed for some pronation too

Easily made by a dude like you.  Armassassin.com for ideas.  Lucas offers some really nice arm wrestling and grip equipment for a fair price.  He has a full “Napalm Jedd” line

60 mins of light treadmill and various wrist and hand stuff.  Very tired from all the cardio, so I setup a grip gauntlet and ripped one, walked a bit, rinse and repeat

Bike, Gripzilla band rows, and pronation work with band (really liked this vs a strap)
