Woof, Fat Gripz on those comp bells sounds brutal. I’ve got a pair of 36kg comp bells as well, but I’ve never put the Fat Gripz on the them. May have to try it out. Have you ever tried swings that way?

I would need to allow plenty of room in front of me before attempting KB swings with Fat Gripz...🤔

No swings yet, just tried it out this morning.  The 3” Iron Grips and the Gripzilla  grips were really good (cupping and fingertips).

Tried this today (never had non-alcoholic beer before) - tastes pretty good and only 65 calories

Some of those are really good.

Last summer I accidentally blew through like 4 Heineken non alcoholic beers in a half hour and was like how did I just down 4 of these and why aren’t I buzzed?  I looked at the can and soon figured out why.

Unfortunately, my OCD extends to the bad habits (at times) as well.  Tired of being heavy.  I’m in decent shape at 290 (resting HR around 50), but my joints are starting to quack a bit now.  It was a decent pick to fill a quick need, but abstaining is what I really should do.

Last off topic post (for now).  Picked up a new blade:  Benchmade Adamas.  Been wanting a folder that for my hands better and it seems quite nice (so far).  Going to use this one vs being a safe queen.

I get that.. I have it too..  Its sorta a double edged sword....The good thing about being obsessive is you'll lose the weight

Awesome knife.

I've got a 940 Osborne, but I'd like one with a thicker handle like yours.

BikeErg (DF120) & seated DB snatches (up to 80x5).  Good workout.  DB snatches have been a staple for many years.  Getting them (all versions) back into the rotation.  Very powerful all around fitness and strength exercise.

2k BikeErg & alternate seated DB “SPCPs” (snatch, press, clean & press) and incline DB presses for a 1000 calories.  Pony clamp on the bike. Solid workout.

according to me your forearms are flexed at 90 degrees by at least 16 inches because I'm 15 and I don't think it's an optical illusion they are more massive than me

Didn’t feel like working out so I went for a walk around the neighborhood.  Front/rear levered a 2” 7.5lb hammer the whole way (swapping hands as necessary).  Got the heart going pretty good and the hands and forearms feel great💪

Just upgraded my Powerblock DBs to 40mm stainless handles from Average Joe.  Solid dude that makes an outstanding product.

Ive only had my Powerblocks less than a year (bought new from the factory) and the handles are already oxidizing.  Fantastic DBs, though.  My only regret is not getting the 125s for some heavy bench and posterior chain work.

Before and afters

Awesome! Definitely a cool addition. I recently upgraded to Fat Gripz on my crappy DBs and thought I was cool lol.
