Damn, it almost feels like a victory to be further behind someone here in bench than I am in CoC.

At this point, I'd rather have a better grip than a big bench. right now, my bench is only a fraction of what it used to be. Just trying to maintain.

What was your max bench John?

Best all-time bench at bodyweight 285 was 455 but that was a long time ago

That's a lot of volume! Good for you to keep pushing like this. I recollect you mentioning you were 60 or so?

Same here... John is an animal.....

 

I'll be 61 in 2054... Hope to still be going strong. We will see.. Going by my parents and aunts/uncles i've got my work cut out for me.🤣

Wife went to get their hair done. Getting ready for a big party today at the in-laws house. Got all my chores Done early, free time before the wife got home, just enough time to knock out a few sets.

seated, dumbbell curl, super set with lying tricep extensions
