not to make you too jealous John but I worked on the roof yesterday and had a beautiful view of the ghetto.

Last night of vacation going home tomorrow. More time on vacation makes me think about retirement a little bit more. Monday morning will come way too soon,,back to the grindstone.

Yes, almost all my workouts are done in the morning. Gripwork will be in the afternoon. Although there are some days that I have extra time in the morning and I’ll do some pinch grip work.

Brilliant. Thanks for that info. I was thinking of  doing my weights in the morning & my grip when I get home from work. If it works for you then I’ll give it a go . Cheers

still trying to get my dads brother to restore his COE.  He doesn’t wanna go crazy, no body work. just sandblast and paint it all black.  Been haunting him a lot, I’ll come up on weekends and do all the grunt work.

Not grip related but yesterday I had to help my sister in law move some box’s in her garage . At first she said that it would take about an hour, 6 hours later we were done, in was kind of a workout, picking up box’s and moving them out and moving them back, I did get a couple steps in.
