That's all I got. I ran out of gas, I guess a full day of running an impact gun takes a toll on your hands. I hate when work gets in the way of fun.

yeah the impact guns you guys use are very intense... I'm afraid of them.

There is a guitarist YouTuber, Michael Pomasato, who talks about windows. There are little windows of time in life that you have to take advantage of when you can (in his instance, he’s referring to getting in practice time). Sounds like you got in a good window workout.

If you mean Michael Palmisano, he's great - I've been watching him for years. His videos are excellent, highly recommended to any interested in guitar or music or practicing skills in general.

Oh you live close by me. If your ever free a weekend and want to train let me know I can travel to you. I would love to get a grip session in with anyone. I have a rolling thunder/ironmind pinch block/ flask/ tips tester.(you might like this if you do rock climbing) Based on your profile looks like you might have a blob which is something I have never lifted but is on my list to get.

Yeah, that would be cool. I do have one real blob it’s half of a York 50. I also have two odd shaped hunks of metal that are pretty cool to grip .

Those are awesome.

 

I wish I knew of anyone from New England that did Grip. Don’t know of any.

That is very solid work with that short of a rest between sets on the GHP5!!!
