gripper session with my nephews they  both got stuck on the 3rd easiest one, I forget the color.  Then they were being punks so I made them go for a 30 minute walk in the rain all hills.

followed by 20 minutes of stretching and this steak and beer

I try my best. I have a lot of fun with them. The one In that picture is a natural athlete, you should see him throw a ball. My other one, he does fencing and seems to like it but he's more into video games. Trying to teach them strong hands will help in baseball and fencing

It sure was. It's rare that 10 of us went out and all 10 loved their meal. Usually there is someone who has a complaint. Old school steakhouse been there since 1938 and hasn't changed at all. Lots of famous people have gone there and gangsters. The picture is deceiving it was a big piece of steak. Came with a clam chowder also

my sisters father in law has been going there since the 40s.

this morning 20 minutes of mobility work.. I will row later. I might start doing hill sprints once a week in place of rowing.

I used to own Ross Enamaits Never Gymless I think I still have it on my old computer. He was and still probably is huge on hill sprints.  He always had great ideas for conditioning.

does anyone have any experience with getting rid of ringworm? I got an anti fungal ointment from my Dr before I went to Florida and it was basically gone. But the 2  7 hour car rides to Pensecola and back with no  working AC made it come back.it’s like wack a mole and goes away but new spots come up. it developed a resistance to the cream im using. I’ll call my drs again today. But just wondering if anyone had any thoughts.

I grabbed some yesterday.. I for years have drank a shot of apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water  every morning but ran out a couple months back and kept forgetting to buy. I'm convinced that its very beneficial.. I also now smell like a salad🤣.. I'd like to know how I got ringworm.  I shower twice a day and I'm clean freak. But I don't dry off when I get out of the shower and that moisture could be the culprit.

this morning 3000m on the rower, foam rolling and stretching. My lower back has been really sore since I switched to the shorter loading pin. I'm using muscles I don't normally use.  But it's good, I just look at it as my body giving my feedback. I don't really have anything in my program for my lower back. I should add KB swings into the mix again.

Thank you Doug. Not yet. Luckily it's not too painful just really really tight.  I'm pretty confident it's from using a much shorter loading pin now with the crusher handle. To me anyways, it turned it into a while new lift.  It's just my lower backs way of telling me if I'm going to lift the inch I can't neglect it.

Seems to be the flaw in my family, my dad, his brother, their dad, me and my brother all seem to have back issues in the same area. Construction doesn’t help either. But I’m determined to strengthen it.

until then happy Friday. Gotta follow drs orders. Supposed to take these as needed or until pain subsides

Stretching and 10 mins of club work.

went to grab the elderly woman I take care of to bring her to cemetery to put a flag at her husbands grave and they told me she’s in hospital since Thursday with congestive heart failure. Luckily she’s set to come home Tuesday if all goes well but I’m a bit upset I wasn’t informed.
