Lennix
I actually did some DO bending yesterday before I got interupted by a neighbour needing help with his garage-build. DO in imps: 7.6 nail 7" 8mm rebar 6" 8mm CRS 7" Hard batch I think the 8mm rebar was a heavier then the last bend. My DO bending felt okay even though its been a while, hopefully I will get back so I can DO the 8.8 bolt in imps sub 1 minute for Horrido's competition.

Could also be that I have always had very easy 7mm nails so my expectation is lower then reality.

I've actually been quite stressed that I haven't done any mod-DU since the launch of Horridos competition, but I also think the competition training with DO and strict DU will help me on that journey aswell!

king crusher
Strong stuff guys. I see these horrido 8.8 bolts all over on there but what are they? I don’t recall seeing that name back in 2014. How do they compare to like a 7” edgin G5?

I think 8.8 is Europe's Grade 5 and 10.9 is their Grade 8. 1

I’ve found my bending is better after a couple cold ones. I finally am at a point where I think I can do G5s and I messed my elbow up. I really want to order from Horridos and get on the list.

When I first read that little ditty and saw "my yoga kink"... I thought i was on the wrong forum. After years of doing online yoga, its still hard for me to say I do online yoga. But its super beneficial for bending, you can get into more positions for leverage... Great for recovery too.
bruce1337
10mm rebar was by far the hardest braced bend yet. 8.8 nail @ 5" felt almost similar to the 80d nail of the same length.
