It doesn’t feel as strong as the over-under-leg sweep. But it feels damn good to slam into a bar that flexes and then bends as you hit it with your torso. Very good core workout! David_wigren Posted August 27, 2022 Author Share Posted August 27, 2022 It’s not my favorite style but I’m still farly decent at it. 7” 8.8 bolt from Horrido in Ironmind pads. It took 1 minute and 12 seconds, a time which is very good for me, but sadly not good enough for the 1 minute time limit for Horrido’s competition. That bend took alot out of me cardio wise.
