Yesterdays training 

bench press 4 sets 2 reps 275lbs

2” DB row 4 sets 8 reps 105lbs

pull ups 3 sets 5 reps 67.5lbs

lever arm OHP 3 sets 5 reps 130lbs 

EZ bar curls 3 sets 6 reps 120lbs

tricep push downs 3 sets 8 reps 150lbs 

blockbuster 50lbsx1, 55lbsx1, 57.5lbsx1, 60lbsx1, 62.5lbs failed got it off the ground though. Weights don’t include blockbuster and loading pin.

Thanks man. Yeah I am planning on doing it this year don’t really know what’s holding me back right now. It shouldn’t be an issue for me. Just a little scared to pull the trigger on it.

Yes, reading other peoples' experiences, it seems like you would definitely get it. Do you know the rating of that Cobalt and #3?

yeah one of these weeks when I’m feeling good I’ll get the mm1 on it’s way here.


Cobalt is 162 3 is unrated but I would guess on the harder side and my heavy grips 300is 141.

Killer work with the grippers, you should pull the trigger.

MM1 will be a huge milestone 🏅 I only have 1 Standard gripper(Iron Fe) but man they feel tough and challenging. I would imagine the 161 Cobalt will have massive carryover. Your GHP 8 could help with the MM2 also.

Yeah I think I’ll give myself about a month then go for the mm1 gonna be on Vancouver island for a few days in April might put my name in for it when I get back.

thumbless reverse grip curls 3 sets 6 reps 112.5lbs

skullcrushers 3 sets 6 reps 112.5lbs

seated cable flies 3 sets 8 reps 105lbs

Thanks man. I have been doing them a while now and I remember when I started doing them it would take everything I had to keep it from sliding out of my fingers and now even with heavier weights it’s not the bar slipping out of my hands that is the issue.

SSB squat 3 sets 4 reps 325lbs

DB split squat 3 sets 6 reps 80lbs

cable crunches 3 sets 20 reps 160lbs

axle deadlift 330x1, 345x1 failed about half way up, 3 sets 1 rep 330lbs

Did a Mach powerlifting meet today 

squat hit 385,395 then failed 405 was really hoping to get that 4 plate squat still a PR though 

bench 275,290 then failed 295 also wasn’t too happy with this still a PR though

deadlift 485,495,505 and still had a little more in me. happy with the deadlift.
