squat 4 sets 4 reps 350lbs

deficit deadlift 3 sets 5 reps 400lbs 

GHR 3 sets 15 reps 

ab wheel 3 sets 35 reps 

axle deadlift 3 sets 4,5,5 reps 310lbs

OHP 3 sets 6 reps 137.5lbs

close grip bench 4 sets 7 reps 220lbs

reverse grip curls 3 sets 8 reps 105lbs

skull crushers 3 sets 8 reps 105lbs

seated cable flies 3 sets 10 reps 85lbs 

blockbuster 3 sets 3 reps 55lbs

also attempted my gg6 for the first time ever for fun. Rgc 168 got pretty close

I like your Deadlift routine , 4 set of 4 with 450 is fantastic. What is your max Deadlift

Heaviest I have done is 495lbs gonna try to beat that in a couple weeks though.

Vey nice. I'm sure you'll beat that, 4x4 with 450 is 500+ territory 1RM for sure.

Yeah I think so too. I am always a little better with volume though.

One arm cable row 3 sets 10 reps 140lbs

Chin ups 3 sets 6 reps 77.5lbs 

face pulls 3 sets 10 reps 170lbs

rolling thunder 3 sets 6 reps 152.5lbs

blockbuster 3 sets 2 reps 57.5lbs

Usually 2 hours could be done quicker but I’m working out at home and screwing around wasting quite a bit of time.

ghp7 3 reps almost 4 right hg300 2 reps left 

filed standard adjustable 1 rep almost 2 right  coc 2.5 10 reps left 

hg300 6 reps right coc 2.5 8 reps left 

coc 2.5 21 reps right coc 2.5 8 reps left

Very strong axle PR. If you compare your PR to the recent Arnold results for the 90kg class it would have been very competitive lift for you. Great job man!

Parallel set except the cobalt attempt was a ghp block.
