Nuttgens Posted February 13, 2022 Author Share Posted February 13, 2022 Todays training 3 second paused bench 4 sets 6 reps 230lbs wide grip Row 4 sets 10 reps 200lbs chin ups 3 sets 6 reps 75lbs face pulls 3 sets 10 reps 165lbs Thumbless rolling thunder 3 sets 7,7,8 reps 140lbs worked up to a max on rolling thunder hit 162.5 and got 165 off the ground. You're closer to the Ctd challenge then you may think. 162.5+device puts you around 170lbs and technically IM excepts 90kg as opposed to 200lbs on the cert.
