squat 3 sets 4 reps 350lbs

deficit deadlift 3 sets 5 reps 390lbs

axle deadlift 3 sets 6 reps 300lbs

GHR 3 sets 15 reps 

ab wheel 3 sets 35 reps

banded Swiss bar bench 4 sets 6 reps 195lbs

thumbless reverse grip curls 3 sets 8 reps 100lbs

skull crushers 3 sets 8 reps 100lbs

seated cable flies 3 sets 10 reps 80lbs

the flask 162.5lbsx4, 162.5lbsx5, 162.5x3

deadlift worked up to 5 plates for the first time ever. Then 3 sets 4 reps 450lbs 

SSB squat 3 sets 6 reps 300lbs 

DB split squats 3 sets 10 reps 65lbs

Cable crunches 3 sets 15 reps 160lbs

leg extensions 3 sets 15 reps 143lbs

Next week but I wasn’t going to max out until April. I just wanted to see if I had 5 plates in me I was pretty bummed when I failed it last time I maxed out.

Todays training 

3 second paused bench 4 sets 6 reps 230lbs

wide grip Row 4 sets 10 reps 200lbs

chin ups 3 sets 6 reps 75lbs

face pulls 3 sets 10 reps 165lbs

Thumbless rolling thunder 3 sets 7,7,8 reps 140lbs

worked up to a max on rolling thunder hit 162.5 and got 165 off the ground. Weight doesn’t include handle and loading pin.

Nice work on the RT! You're closer to the Ctd challenge then you may think. 162.5+device puts you around 170lbs and technically IM excepts 90kg as opposed to 200lbs on the cert. So 170 to 198.4lbs is very doable.

Thanks. Still got a ways to go but hopefully I can get there. It’s tough to add weight on that handle.

Standard adjustable files handle est. 145rgc setting 1 rep right hg300 3 reps left
