Awesome workout Steven! What do you think about the standard adjustable? Does it feel like a classic gripper? I'm thinking about buying one

Yeah it feels like a normal gripper I have only ever tried it twice but I wanted to try a filed gripper without actually filing a gripper so it seemed worth it.

Strong lifts. I see you have kept up with the thumbless reverse curls all this time. Thats very good numbers for the volume.

Thanks man. Yeah I really like the lift starting to get pretty heavy now when the reps go down.

You will be at 100lbs for the same sets and reps in time. Have you noticed forearm growth from them? 

I used to love doing them, my old EZ last year when i had standard plates felt great but my new Olympic EZ has a slightly different angle on the bar and seems to irritate my elbows a bit so ive not done many.

I haven’t measured my forearms or anything but I’m pretty sure they look bigger.
