Today’s training 

OHP 3 sets 10 reps 120lbs

med grip banded Swiss bar bench 4 sets 10  reps 175lbs

Thumbless reverse grip curls 3 sets 12 reps 90lbs

skull crushers 3 sets 12 reps 85lbs

seated cable flies 3 sets 15 reps 60lbs

the flask 3 sets 6 reps 157.5lbs, 1 rep 185 for a PR. Weights don’t include flask or loading pin

Thanks my max was 550 that was about 6 years ago

when my knees were good. Yes I deadlift but I keep it light

My workouts usually take 2 hours I don’t time my tests but they are usually too long. I workout at home and only have about 2 hours between when I get home from work and when I go to bed so I end up screwing around and doing a few things between sets that takes longer than it should.

During the week I get about 30 minutes at my gym at work and about an hour in my home gym, on the weekends I get a little more time.

Thanks man wasn’t to bad other than overshooting on the bench. I find the lower body days to be much more brutal.
