MattM
Do you do any direct triceps work? Just curious because of the curls (which are strong btw like someone pointed out already!)
EricMilfeld
Do you do any direct triceps work? Just curious because of the curls (which are strong btw like someone pointed out already!)Thanks! But no, I haven't done push downs or French curls or anything like that in forever. Just close grip bench. Deadlift 497x4 406x8 (no belt) Barbell Row 288x8 I'm going to put a little weight back on for a meet on the 20th of next month. I've lost 12 pounds in the last 5 weeks or so. Cutting for 205 does not sound too appealing, especially in the winter months.

EricMilfeld
Lol. Yeah, it's usually about two weeks after when I discover I did something bad arm wrestling.

Have you picked your attempts yet? I haven't picked attempts yet, but I would like to total at least 1410 and squat over 500. My shoulder is still holding back my bench. Royz
Deadlift 519x3 436x5 (no belt) Strong stuff! Eric when you deadlift do you do touch'n go reps or deadstop reps? And why do you prefer to do it that way? Opinions seem to vary wildly on that subject. Seen some very strong people do touch'n go reps, but a lot of 'experts' seem to prefer deadstop reps. I can do more reps, of course, with touch and go, but I feel like I would be cheating myself a bit when it came time to test a max from the floor. Not that the advantage is all that significant doing it this way, for me personally, but I think it's real. Close Grip Bench 222x2x5
