Royz
Very strong presses. Wish I was this strong at OH presses. Thanks man. Getting closer to my best ever, but that was when I was in my twenties... (6x80kg / 1x100kg)
Royz
August 8th Very hot and humid at the gym. Very slow training this was. Barbell lunges 5x5x70kg Filed Vulcan 20mm blockset, black spring Right 8xL12!/ 2xL13/ HoldxL15 Left 3xL11/ 6xL10/ holdXL14 8xL12 is huge PR, however that one set seemed to be all I had in me today not much strenght after that. Could hardly set level 15. Had to push it against my leg to shut it. Rolling thunder up to 1x77,5kg/ 15x60kg DO deadlift up to 1x200kg!/ 7x170kg Really wanted to do one more heavy deadlift session before my vacation since last week deadlifting went great. Weight got up a little less snappy than last week. Still managed to pull 1x200kg! Really want to get past that 200kg barrier! I think I might opt for deadlifitng once every two weeks, because I didn't feel completely fresh today. Doing accesory work like romanian deadlifts on alternating weeks. Trapbar framewalk 30m x150kg/ 30m x180kg Abs abs abs

Royz
No updates? Are you on vacation? I was also wondering what is the hardest gripper MMS close you have done? Yeah was on vacation. Going to pick up training tomorrow! Have come to within 1mm from closing a #3 (rgc153) in 2013. After that I got a really bad case of tendonitis for most of 2014. Currently I might be able to close my ghp6 (rgc134). Although with the Vulcan I'm actually at my strongest ever, so I don't know... Going to try within the next couple of weeks. Royz
august 24th 2015 First training after vacation. Going to start with light weights and high reps and build up to 'heavy' weights and low reps over a couple of weeks. Overhead press Continuous reps 15x60kg/ 14x55kg/ 15x50kg Incline dumbbell press Continuous reps 15x34kg/ 13x32kg/ 15x28kg Really not used to these high reps. Arms trembling. Grippers 20mm blockset Right 3xghp5(114)/ 3xghp6(131)/ 2xRB240(135?)/ 2xRB240(135?)/ 23xghp4(96) Left 3xghp5/ missxghp6/ missx#2.5(125?)/ 4xghp5/ 12xghp4 Haven't done torsion spring grippers since april, just Vulcan. Felt a bit awkward, especially with my left hand. Can't believe how tiny they feel now that I'm used to the Vulcan. Next couple of weeks I will do TSG's again. Probably even just the getting used to them again will improve my numbers. Rear/side lateral raises superset 10+10x14kg/ 10+10x16kg/ 10+10x16kg Hammer grip wide pulldowns up to 5x115kg/ 15x95kg Mounted wristroller 48mm backward 1x80kg I finally bought a smart phone so I'm going to post some vids again whenever I do something mildly interesting in the gym!

Geralt
Might as well close a truce Roy. Lol i want to add that you seem to be getting in sync regarding grippers. Try to stay injury free and 2016 will get interesting for you.
Royz
Just did a half assed gripper session at home. BAD timing. Probably still wasn't recovered. Not going to log it because it was total sh*t.

Royz
September 3rd 2015 Anderson squat (bottom up squat) up to 5x120kg Tried these to see if they aggravated my injured hip flexor less then regular squats. And they do, but they still hurt abit. Very awkward movement feels more like a hybrid between a squat and a goodmorning. Romanian deads 5x150kg/ 5x150kg Bit emberrassing to say but I could've done more reps if my grip didn't give way... In my defence though: I forgot to bring chalk and had one of the slickest bars in the gym. Frame walk with trapbar 30 meter with one turn+set down to make the turn. x150kg/ x180kg/ x200kg Plate curl 2x8x15kg Supermans 3x10x10kg Finishing medley Standing Pallof press 10x50kg both sides High jumps 10x Landmine woodchop 20x20kg(on bar) KB swings 15x32kg(2x16kg) Reverse crunch 25x Ab plank 60sec. Royz
September 7th 2015 Been feeling a bit off all day. Overhead press 8x70kg/ 8x65kg/ 12x60kg Wanted to do at least 10x70 but is wasn't happening today... Grippers 1.5" blockset Right 5xghp5 (114)/ 3x#2.5 (125?)/ 2x#2.5/ 2x#2.5/ 2x#2.5/ 1xghp6 (131) Left 2xghp5/ 0x#2.5/ 2xghp5/ 1xghp5/ 2xghp5/ 0x#2.5 Stupid how much harder this 1.5" blockset is from a 20mm blockset. Lightyears away from closing my ghp7(155) this way. I'm guesstimating I will have to be able to do approx. 8 reps with my ghp6. Grrrrippers... Incline dumbbell press 10x38kg/ 11x36kg/ 12x34kg Rear/side laterals supersets 10+10x14kg/ 10+10x16kg/ 10+10x18kg Hammer grip wide pulldowns up to 7x105kg/ 16x90kg Mounted wristroller 48mm up to 90kg Finishing medley Windscreen wipers with bent legs 12x KB swings 20x32kg L-sit pushups 12x High jumps 10x Pallof press 10+10x50kg Ab plank 60sec. Geralt
I like this log for how you describe the energy level because of daily life combined with still training. Reality level is really high haha Yes, the blockset 30mm is a very different blockset, basically you just start in the hardest part. You really need to explode right from the beginning. Your overheadpress is still strong, I am glad when I get 10 clean reps with 55kg. Seated that is, but still.

Royz
september 10th 2015 Anderson squat up to 3x130kg Second time doing these. This time it really struck me how much harder they are then regular squats. It's really hard finding the sweet spot to go up. I tend to fall forwards or backward if I don't hit the weight exactly right. But they seem to be easier on the hips for me so I'll keep practising them for a while. Grippers 1.5"blockset Some speed closes 5x3xghp4 DO dead up to 2x195kg/ 12x160kg Was aiming for 3x195kg but felt really lightheaded after second rep... Still not too bad. Hoping for 2x200kg soon. Plate curls Not superstrict 10x15kg (standard plate)/ 2x20kg! (2x10kg plate smooth sides out)/ 12x15kg 20kg using two 10kg plates is obviously easier then one 20kg plate because of the difference in diameter, but still the best I've done! Finishing medley Hanging knee raises, feet to hands 8x High jumps 10x Pallof press10x50kg both sides KB swings 16x32kg Reverse crunch 25x Ab plank 60sec. Geralt
Anderson squats sound interesting, since I am having some trouble with the squatting movements lately. They just don't feel right. Strong on the wristcurls Roy! Nice.
