Just thought of it when I was carrying the bar from the rack. Definitely a weird kind of movement but even with just the bar, it was firing up my forearm from trying to stabilize it. DO - IMPs 1/4 x 6" Grade 2 1/4 x 7" 1045 - finished from above attempt Horseshoe Diamond Classic #00 Felt like my wrists were going to snap on the 1045 bar reverse.
