Today was the first time trying 1-arm axle curls.  Just thought of it when I was carrying the bar from the rack.  Definitely a weird kind of movement but even with just the bar, it was firing up my forearm from trying to stabilize it.  I will likely work these in the routine for the future.

Got the 180 press about halfway up and just stalled.  It seems like right around 180-185 has been hit-or-miss the past year with standing (strict) presses.

The dead squats were below parallel and pretty tough.  Haven't done these in a while and am planning to work them back in to the routine, maybe once every three weeks.

Felt like my wrists were going to snap on the 1045 bar reverse.  I bent the DC#00 in mesh shorts, which made it a tough bend.  The shoe kept slipping around and the bend took about five-minutes.
