My knees have not been feeling great the past few weeks with squats on the descent.  Almost like an unsteady feeling.  I've been wearing loose Rehband knee sleeves but might have to start wearing something tighter or even wraps again.  I've been kinda lazy with all of the gear as the Rehbands go on in 1-2 seconds and are way easier then messing around with wraps or my tight SBDs.

Instead of tighter sleeves or wraps, I tried adding light bands on my top set.  The top of my power rack is pretty low, so there isn't much rebound out of the hole, but enough that it helped some of the issues I've been feeling with heavier weights and the instability.

I tried/bent my first 70d double-underhand today, using double wraps.  These are the 70ds Don was handing-out after the comp back in May.  Tough bend!  It felt about 5-10% harder than a normal Red Nail with DU.  I have a few of them left and would like to get one of these in thinner doubles, maybe IMP/IMP.

I tweaked my back, so ended-up skipping my squat session yesterday.  Wanted to get some bending in, so did some easier bends.  I was going to attempt a DC horseshoe but couldn't get the starting position to feel right so ended up passing on it.

Almost missed the 175 press due to back spasms.  Got it up but it was with a little bit of push-press.
