can feel hip tightness at the bottom, but it felt good to stretch them

Tweaked my neck on Monday, got it adjusted today, so had to avoid deadlifts today. Should be good in a couple days.

Also, it seems appropriate to share in my interweb training log that I set a PR with 5 intra workout trips to the crapper, plus 1 post workout.

Give this a try: inverted double-large band trackion, pull-up rings, and a lax ball cut in half secured to the non-knurled part of bar (or knurled, if you like it rough).

How do you like the Elieko bar?

I tried that, and threw in a band around my neck for the asphyxiation effect.

New bar is good. Haven't used it a ton, but I think it'll live up to the hype. The knurling really is perfected. When I really focus on catching the bar correctly, when I shoot my elbows through, it feels FAST. All the sudden the bar is racked. I mostly bought it to prevent any further wear and tear on my wrists, elbows, and shoulders. Expensive bar, but cheaper than treating treating injuries in the long run.
