So far I haven't noticed a change in energy level. 5/8/14 - Thurs Deadlift 1 x 2 x 495 1 x 2 x 405 1 x 1 x 495 1 x 2 x 515 4 x 2 x 405 Ab Wheel 2 x 10 Lat Pulldown 3 x 10 x 180 Today was a break from high deadlift reps. Sandbag over Bar 50" yoke bar, back and forth across bar. 6 x 255 - 50s 2 x 255 - finger popped on rep 3 Last week I sprained my pinky and today my ring finger popped, both on my left hand. Since my back has been better, I've done some sumo, and some jeff jet before that, but not regular old conventional for a long time using this weight. Happy with this. Not sure the first 4 reps looked any better, but I think on the 5th one I did better. Didn't look like it was all low back as it normally does. The pec is improving. It never bruised, so hopefully it was pretty minor in the first place. Oddly I noticed a little pain in my left pec today though. Last year I had some beat up pecs for a while, but I was able to do slingshot fairly soon after. Hopefully I can at least do that again. 5/22/14 - Thurs w/u Jump Rope Clean and Push Jerk 2 x 15 x 135 Prowler 2 x 160' x 180 Shoulder and pec rehab stuff 28g carbs today. They're not as warm as Rehbands either. Rehbands may be expensive, but now I know its worth it. I don't like my Titan wrist wraps either. To me, wrapping each wrist the same means you wrap them both "out" or "in". If you do that, the thumb loop will be in the wrong place for one of them. Very annoying to me. I ordered a belt from Titan 8 weeks ago and still haven't received it, or any email giving me an order confirmation. I'm going to take care of it now, but this isn't the first time I've had to complain to them.
